easy beef vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 lb round steak fat removed1 lb bag frozen mixed vegetables1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix1 cup celery chopped3 small potatoes chopped4 cups water
Directions
Trim and cut steak in 1/2 inch cubes, brown and then drain.
Add water and onion soup mix, bring to a boil, cover and cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil again, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on medium low.
