Pecan Pie - not light but tasty!!

Ingredients:3/4 cup Dark Corn Syrup3 Tbsp Butter, salted - melted1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar3 Large Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 ready to bake Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 9"2 cups Pecans
Make Pie Crust according to directions
Let cool 10 minutes
Mix all but the peacans in a bowl with a whisk
Add Pecan with a spoon leaving out 55 for a pretty top
Decorate the top and cook for 45 minutes - until the edges are set but still shaky in the middle - let sit for 3 - 5 hours then serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
