Cold Vegetable Salad (1/2 cup.)

Ingredients
Veggies: 1 14.5 oz can French-Style Green beans1 11 oz can shoe peg corn1 15 oz can tiny green peas4 oz. chopped pimentos1 c. finely cut onions1 c. finely cut celery1 med chopped green pepperSauce:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. tarragon vinegar1 1/2 t. salt1/2 t. black pepper1/2 c. olive oil
Directions
Drain all the vegetables in a colander. Then mix in a large bowl.
Mix the sauce ingredients. Stir til sugar is dissolved.
Add sauce to veggies and mix well. Will keep in refrigerator for weeks. No lie.

Serving Size: makes about 16 half-cup servings
