Oatmeal-Buttermilk Pancakes

Directions
1 cup uncooked oatmeal1/4 c flour2 tbs wheat germ1 tbs honey1/2 tbs molasses.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 c buttermilk1 large egg.5 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Cook like pancakes.
