chipotle chicken and green beans

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs2 cups beef broth (can use low sodium)1 cup green beans canned, fresh or frozen4 oz. cooked barley1 to 3 chipotle peppers with sauce(use as much or as little as you wish for spice)1 tbsp garlic powdersalt to taste
Directions
pound the 2 thighs half flat then put into sauce pan with the 2 cups beef broth. salt can be added as needed but be sure and remember the chipotle pepper suace had salt in it. cook till tender. add the barley, green beans and chipotle peppers with sauce. cook till tender. about 25 minutes. toward the end of cooking add garlic powder to taste and stir. enjoy
