1 lb ground lamb or beef4 cups Beef Stock1 14oz can Diced tomatoes2 8oz can tomato sauce1 cup long grain rice, cooked1 cup chopped green pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 beef boullion cube
brown ground lamb (can also use ground beef), drain. Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil. Boil 10 minutes, reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency (30-50 minutes) stirring occasionally.
