Ingredients
I can 14 3/4 oz Pink Salmon7 Toasted oninon saltine crackers 1 large egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients well crumbling the bone as you go. Use a nonstick pan with a little bit of pam. Brown on one side then flip and brown the other.

    Definately going to use fresh rather than canned next time. Very good, but a tad dry. I added chopped onions, salt & pepper after removing all bones & skin. Definately will make this again! - 1/14/09
