Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
6 cups strawberries4 cups rhubarb1/4 cup steviva blend2 tbsp cornstarchTOPPING1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tbsp steviva blend1 cup gluten free baking flour mix1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup cold butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice berries and dice rhubarb. Toss with rhubarb, 1/4 cup steviva blend and cornstarch. Place in 9x13" baking dish.
In a medium size bowl mix brown sugar, steviva, cinnamon and GF flour mix and combine. Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
Bake for approx 40 minutes until bubbly and topping is golden brown.
Serve with greek yogurt on top for a special breakfast or homemade ice-cream for a nice dessert,
