Crockpot black bean chili

Ingredients
2 Tbs veg oil6 cloves garlic minced1/4 tsp pepper flakes3 tsp cumin1 Tbs chili powder1 tsp oregano1 bay leaf1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 Tbs soy sauce1 1/2 cups water1 6 oz can tomato paste1 tbs red wine vinegar2 cans black beans (16 oz cans)2 cans small red beans (16 oz cans)
Directions
Heat oil in skillet and saute teh onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 min, then add chili powder and cumin. Cook 2 more min. Add this mixture to the slow cooker/ Crockpot along with all remaining ingredients except canned beans. Stir well and cook on low all day. tir in canned beans and hour or so before serving. Makes about 12 1 cup servings.
