French Toast

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tspKirkland Brand Vanilla Soy milk, 1/3 cup Organic Honey Whole Wheat Bread, 15 slices
Directions
Set pan or griddle to medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients except bread. (I liek to use my Bullet to mix the ingredients well) Use butter or Pam to coat pan. Once pan is hot, (water drop will bead off) dip one toast at a time into mixture, making sure to coat both sides, then place on pan. Flip after about 30 seconds once lightly browned. Leave on pan until second side is lightly browned, then remove from pan. Repeat until all bread has been used.
