Quinoa Black Bean and Mango Salad

Ingredients
1 Mango chopped1 cup red pepper diced very small5 green onions, chopped on an angle (just looks pretty)As much cilantro as you like, at least .25 cup though2 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp of grape seed oil1 cup uncooked quinoa2 cups of water for cooking quinoa.5 cup of black beans
Directions
Cook quinoa as directed. While cooking mix all the other ingredients together. Mixed cooled off quinoa with rest of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Chill and enjoy.
