Storm's Eggless Chocolate Cake

Plain white flour, 1 cup (125 g)Granulated Sugar, 1 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp*Bicarbonate of Soda, 1 tspWater, 1 cupVegetable Oil, 1/3 cupVinegar - White, 2 tbsp
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry mixture.
Pour mixture into a 20cm round tin and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes (pan should be 1/3-1/2 full to accommodate rising).
Stand for 10 minutes before turning out. Cake will be delicate while still hot.
