Directions
chopped the ham and mix it with the egg battle. In a small/med skillet warm up the canola oil to med heat and add the egg battle to cook creating an egg tortilla Cook for aprox 2 minutes each side in med/low until fully cooked. Warm up the whole wheat tortillas in a grill skillet or microwave. Spread the cream cheese on the Whole Wheat tortilla, add egg tortilla then spinash. roll and enjoy with coffe or orange juice.
