JZ's Rice Pilaf

1 1/2 cups basmati rice1/4 cup brown riceolive oil3/4 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chopped vegies of your choice (I like peas, peppers and thin sliced carrots)1/4 cup sunflower seeds2 tbs dried mint flakes2 tbs dried parsleysalt & Pepper to taste2 tbs lemon juice
Mix rices and cook ahead of time. Let cool. Saute onions and small bits of other vegies of your choice until soft.
Mix in precooked rice and stir until well mixed. Sprinkle in sunflower seeds, dried mint, dried parsley and stir. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy
