Quick and Easy Turkey Chili

1 16 oz jar salsa2 15 oz cans black beans (undrained)2 15 oz cans red kidney beans (undrained)1 lb ground turkey
Brown ground turkey and drain.
In large stockpot or crockpot, pour in jar of salsa and cans of beans. Fill salsa jar with water and add to pot, then repeat a second time.
Add browned ground turkey. Stir well then cover. Heat through ingredients on medium heat on stove top for 30 minutes. For crockpot, cook on low for 2-4 hours.
To serve, ladle into bowls and top with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired. *Note: toppings are optional and are not included in nutritional info.
