Nona's Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef, lean1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 cans Tomato Puree1 tsp. pepper2 tsp. saltItalian seasoning to taste.
Directions
Brown chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Brown ground beef, adding 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and seasonings to taste. Add two cans of tomato puree and two cans of water, simmer for 3 hours or until thick.
