Ingredients:1/8 Canteloupe24 Grapes, Red, Green & Black8 Raspberries6 Strawberries8 Blackberries1T Fresh chopped mint3 Slices fresh ginger, peeled1-Cup chopped spinach1 Clementine, peeled½ Orange, peeled1/8 lemon, peeled½ scoop protein shake (shakeology)1T ground flax seedOptional:½ Kiwi, peeled½ granny smith apple, cored with peel (wash)

Thoroughly wash Grapes, Berries, mint & spinach. Place all 13 ingredients into blender (vitamix). Any order will do.
