Ingredients
A bunch of Kale - torn from middle stemsNutritional YeastSea Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Take a big bunch of Kale, peel leaves off of stem and make into big yet bite size pieces. Wash and dry leaves. Put in a big bowl- add the oil & yeast- coat each leaf so its shiny. Place on parchmont lined baking sheet curly side up. Bake for 15 minutes-- and keep checking until leaves are lightly browned. Be careful as it burns fast.
