Rosemary's Potato Bake Lite

17.6 oz container fat free Greek yogurt3 cups (about 2 cans) condensed fat free cream of chicken soup2 cups shredded 2% milk milk cheddar cheese2 lbs frozen diced potatoes or hash browns2 cups Corn Chex cereal, crushedbutter substitute spray
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except Chex cereal, in a large bowl and then pour into a greased casserole dish.
Spread crushed cereal evenly over potato mixture.
Spray lightly with butter substitute spray.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until cereal begins to brown slightly.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 servings at about 1/2 cup.
