Cheesy Raw Kale Chips

Ingredients
*Red Bell peppers 2 large Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled Salt, 1 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Kale, 1500 grams (3-4 bunches) Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp (per taste)
Directions
Blend all ingredients except kale in your blender, thats your coating, then take stems out of kale and cut it in a bite size pieces. Coat kale well in a coating and place on a dehydrator or over sheets. Dehydrate overnight at 115F or place in the oven on the lowest setting with the door slightly open.

    These are addictive, so I never make more than a week worth, separate them into baggies and try my best to stay away ;)
