Bread, pumpernickel, 2 slice, regularSilver Floss Barrel Cured Saurkraut, 2 tbspSalad Dressing Kraft Free Thousand Island Dressing, 1 servingBoar's Head Corned Beef (2 oz), 1 servingHoffman's Pepper Jack Cheese, 1 serving
Directions
Lightly toast bread.
In a small pan, warm corned beef
Rinse saurkraut and drain

Place warmed corned beef on lightly toasted bread slice, top with cheese, saurkraut and 1000 island dressing.

Cut in half and serve.
