Easy Egg White Frittata

1 cup of egg whites2 oz. of ham (3 slices), chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1/3 cup portabella mushrooms, chopped3 peppers, seeded and chopped1 Tbsp unsalted butter1/2 cup shredded fat-free cheese (mexican flavor)
Melt butter in a 10" skillet. Place peppers and onions in pan and sautee until onions are clear and tender. Add mushrooms and ham. Sautee for another 3-5 minutes. Add egg whites making sure liquid spreads out to edge of pan. Cook on stove top for 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle fat-free cheese on top and place pan under broiler oven. Remove when cheese is melted and egg whites are firm. Cut into 4 pieces (like a pie) and serve.
