Apple Walnut Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced1tbsp cinnamon1/3 cup brown sugar2 cups oatmeal1 cup apple juice3 cups nonfat milk1/2 cup walnuts1tsp vanilla
Directions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, spread on bottom. Mix together apple juice, milk, oatmeal and vanilla. Sprinkle walnuts on top of apples and then add oatmeal mixture on top. Do not mix!

Let cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours and wake up to a hot, filling breakfast!

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.
