Ingredients 2 1/2 c oat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt4 tbs butter, cut into pats8 oz gruyere, cheddar, or other sharp cheese, diced or shredded1 tsp dill, chives, or onion3/4 c greek yogurt1/4 c buttermilk2 egg whites
METHOD:
Combine flour through salt in bowl.
Toss with butter, cheese and dill
Mix yogurt, buttermilk and egg whites in separate bowl
Gently mix into flour mixture.
Gently pat into 12 biscuits.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
