Energy Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c raisins1/2 c applesauce2 T sugar free maple syrup1/2 c peanut butter2 c oatmeal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x9 pan with a little oil. To soften the raisins, soak them in warm water for about 10 min., then discard water. Mix applesauce and maple syrup in a medium sized bowl. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add oats and combine completely. Fold in the raisens. Spread into prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Cut into 16 squares.
