200g fresh broccoli (cooked)100 g firm tofu50g sliced fresh brown mushrooms50g bell pepper1 medium carrot, cut to small, thin sticks1 small onion, chopped3 cloves minced garlic3 tbsps soy sauce1.5 tbspy olive or sesame oilsalt and chili pepper powder to season
Heat wok and add olive oil, add onions and stir fry for about 1 minute, add pepper, carrots, mushrooms and garlic, stirfry untill vegetables are tender but not overcooked. Add cooked broccoli and tofu, stirfry all ingredients for about 1 minute before adding the soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and chili powder. Serve with brown or basmati rice.
