GRAVYHoneysuckle White Breakfast Sausage, 16 oz tubeOnions, raw, 1 small dicesFlour, white, 2 TbspBeef Broth 50% less sodium Fat Free Swanson 3/4 cupMilk, 1%, 1 cup Parsley, 3 Tbsp Celery seed 1/2 tspsalt and pepper to tasteBISCUITSHeart Smart Bisquick 1 1/2 cup Milk, 1%, 1/2
Saute onion in cooking spray. Add breakfast sausage, cook until just done and drain. Put back in pan on heat and add flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes and add liquids and seasonings. Simmer to desired consistancy while baking biscuits following directions on box (cutting 6 instead of 5). Add fresh parsley just before serving.
