Cold Orzo and Vegetables Salad with Asian Dressing

1 pkg Green Giant Simply Steam Seasoned Baby Vegetable Medly 1/8 fresh broccoli Orzo 4 oz uncooked, prepared to pkg directions Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes Sesame Oil 1/4 Tbsp Grated Ginger Root, 1/2 tsp Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium sliced thin Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1/8 cup sliced very thin 1 Green Onion sliced thin for garnish
Prepare pkg of vegetable to directions. Cook orzo to directions and add broccoli last minute or two. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, pepper flakes, sesame oil and grated ginger together in bowl. Add sliced mushrooms and peppers to bowl. Pour pkg of vegetables into bowl and mix then add cooked orzo to bowl and mix. Sprinkle sliced onion over top and chill.
