Ingredients
2 slices light whole-wheat bread2 slices SmartLife veggie bacon6 leaves spinach (or more to taste)2 slices of tomato 1/2 tbsp soy mayonnaise, lowfat, such as Nasoya
Directions
Toast bread.
Microwave "bacon" for 1 1/2 minutes.
Spread mayo over bread, top with spinach, bacon, and tomato, and top with other bread slice.
Enjoy!
