1 pound chicken breast tenders, cut in chunks3 cups pineapple chunks, no sugar4 cups broccoli3 tbsp cider vinegar3 tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp fresh ginger root, grated1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low all day (4-8 hours depending on crock pot)
