Ingredients
1 Medium Jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips1 Teaspoon Olive Oil1 TBS. Nutritional Yeast (not a raw product)1 Teaspoon Chili Powder1/2 Teaspoon Celtic Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients, toss well, and serve.

Original recipe (Rawsome Page 177) calls for 1 TBS Olive Oil but 1 teaspoon is plenty to coat the Jicama.
