2 Celery stalks3 Carrots1 Apple(any kind)1/2 Cucumber with peel2 cups Kale2 cups Spinach1 Beet1/2 Lime(optional)1 tsp. fresh Ginger root(optional)
Put all in ingredients in a juicer. Follow your juicers instructions. Fills 1 mason jar. Seal and put in refrigerator until you're ready to have as a meal or snack. Do not keep longer than 48 hours.
