Baked Egg Rolls, Pork

Ingredients
4 cups (1 bag) frozen stir-fry vegetables (Far East from Wegmans or Broccoli blend from Birds Eye are good)1# ground pork3 T. soy sauce4 t. sesame oil4 garlic cloves, minced1 t. ground ginger1 package (15) egg roll wraps
Directions
Cook ground pork; drain. Mix vegs in food processor until finely chopped. Add all ingredients together except wraps. Using scant 1/4 c. filling, fill egg roll wraps and brush with water to seal. Spritz with olive oil on top. Bake on cookie sheet at 475F for 15 minutes.
