Chicken Breast, Chicken Leg,Chicken Wing(basically leftover chicken i had in the fridge, shredded)*Goya Black Beans 1 can1.25 cup shredded cheese, .25c reserved for top*Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup *Ortega Taco Seasoning, one packet*Chi-Chi's Whole Wheat Tortilla, i used one b/c i wanted one for me, 6x*Chi-Chi's Flour Tortilla - 8" (for the hubs)
mix all ingredients togeather except the reserved cheese, roll up 7 tacos/burritos, dont seal ends. put in oiled (i use smart balance spray) 9x13 baking dish, top with cheese and bake @ 350 for 35 minutes. serve with avacado, salsa, lettuce, sour cream, etc
