Black Bean and Corn Soup

Ingredients
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 375 gramsBeans, black, 375 gramsStewed Tomatoes, 369 grams *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .50 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 3 pepper*Cumin (ground), 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~You can add chicken to it and top it with cheese, green onions and black olives for an extra yummy dish. 1/4cup cheddar blend about 100 cal and green onion 8cal 2 oz of grilled chicken breast 57 cals so total meal this extra way is just under 400 calories and is very very filling. Enjoy
Directions
Toss everything in and turn on medium heat. Once it starts boiling turn to low and heat remaining minutes. No cooking skills needed just heating up canned foods and adding some spices. You can make from scratch as well. That take about 4 hrs when using fresh black beans.
