Beef Vegetable Soup (concentrated)

Ingredients
2 tsp canola oil1 pound lean beef round2 cups chopped onion1 can sliced potatoes1 can whole kernel corn1 can peas1 can green beans1 can sliced carrots2 cans diced tomatoes1 small can tomato paste1/2 yellow pepper, chopped1/2 red pepper, chopped5 ribs celery4 cups fat-free beef broth1/4 cup dried parsley3 bay leaves1 tsp dried basil2 tsp dried thyme2 Tbsp kosher salt
Directions
Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Brown in oil and then drain. Add onions to pan and cook until translucent. Add everything to crock pot and cook on low all day.
