`Whole Wheat Pancakes Low Fat

Ingredients
1/2 cup substitute egg1/3 cup all purpose flour2/3 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup skim milk1 TBS packed brown sugar1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce3 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pre-heat the griddle to 400 degress F and spray with non-stick cooking spray - some griddles don't need this. Pour batter onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup. when air bubbles pop up turn once
