Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients
1 qt frozen raspberries1/3 cup sucralose1/3 cup water1/4 t. dried mint leaves
Directions
1) Mix water and sucralose and mint in a saucepan and bring to simmer then turn off heat.
2) Puree frozen raspberries in food processor
3) Add sucralose syrup to raspberries and mix until combined.

Serving Size: makes 3 cups (1.5 cup per serving)
