Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspSesame Oil, 2 tspLow-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbspWorcester sauce, 2 tspGinger Root, 2 tsp mincedGarlic, 2 tsp mincedKosher Salt, 1/4 tspPepper, black, 1/2 tspEgg, 2 largeOnions, 1/2 medium, mincedFrozen Mixed Vegetables, 12 oz bagExtra Firm Tofu, 12 oz, cut into small cubesCooked Brown Rice (3 c)
Directions
Toss all ingredients into a 4-qt slow cooker, mixing well. Cook on high for 2-2.5 ohours, or on low for 4 hours.
