Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 3 medium gratedApricots, dried, 8 half choppedDates, 4 date choppedRaisins, 0.25 cup, packed chopped*Coconut, unsweetened, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedCider Vinegar, 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp Flaxseed, 0.25 cupCabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
Directions
put dried fruit and onion in a food processor chop well. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
