Ingredients
3 # Ground Turkey1 cp green peppers chopped2 cp carrots chopped2 cp onions chopped2 cp celery chopped1 cp oatmeal4 eggs1/2 cp 1% milk2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce/ no salt2 tbsp. parsley3 1/2 tbsp poultry seasoning or to taste1/2 tbs pepperMix all above ingredient well! Put in a high 9x13 pan. Top with 1 -8oz can tomato sauceThin slices of onionSprinkle poultry seasoning or sage on topBake at 350 degrees. Check after 2 hrs by inserting knife in center. Cooking time can vary.
