Homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup red wine (or cider) vinegar3 tbl vegetable oil3 tbl extra-virgin olive oil1 or 2 tsp Dijon or whole grain mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper1/4 tsp sugar, honey or agave syrupOptional flavor add-ins:1/2 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tbl chopped fresh chives, or 1 tsp dried basil.
Directions
Measure dry ingredients into jar or cruet with tight fitting lid.
Add mustard and vinegars. Shake well.
Add oil(s). Shake well.
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Serving Size: makes one cup; 1 Tbl per serving
