Scrambled egg whites with turkey breast

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 slice turkey breast1/2 slice low fat cheese2-3 cherry tomatoes1/4 of a raw red bell pepper1/2 tbsp olive oilsalt
Directions
Chop tomatoes, pepper, turkey and cheese.
Put oil in a non-stick skillet, add pepper and tomatoes, stirf-fry briefly over medium heat, add egg whites then turkey and cheese. Scramble and vialá! Your tasty breakfast is ready :-) Serve to whole grain toast with low fat cream cheese.
