Ingredients
Crushed saltines 1/2 cup1 large egg2teaspoon mustardMixed togeather to form 4 pattiescook in 1/4 cup canola oilpat each pattie to remove all possible oil
Directions
Combine ingredients, add canola oil to frying pan and cook until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and lay on paper towels to blot excess oil.
