Dirty Rice Miss Mash via Manicsunrise

Ingredients
1.5 cups long-grain white rice1 lb chorizo1/2 onion, diced1 stalk celery, sliced1 can stewed tomatoes4 eggsSalt, Pepper, Garlic powder, red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Steam white rice or use rice cooker
While rice is cooking, brown chorizo about half way.
Add diced onion and sliced celery. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add can of stewed tomatoes. Cook until most of moisture is gone.
Remove from pan.
Scramble eggs until dry and flaky.
Mix with meat mixture.
Mix with cooked rice.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to taste.
