1-15oz can Organic Red Kidney beans 1-8oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 1-15oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1-8oz can Mushrooms, stems and pieces Chili powder, 2 tbsp Cumin,ground 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Oregano, leaf, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp Sea Salt, .25 tsp Garlic powder, .5 tsp 1 lb Organic Ground Chicken, browned 1 cup water
Brown ground chicken then add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Also great for all day crock pot cooking.
