Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup Splenda for baking (or use real sugar if you are just gluten intolerant)1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all together. Roll into 12 balls. Press with fork dipped in splenda in a criss cross pattern. Bake at 350 until light brown on edges or longer depending on how you like your cookies.
