Tropical Angel Crush Cake

Ingredients
9-10 oz Angel Food Cake, No sugar added or Sugar freeJello Sugar Free VANILLA instant pudding -3.4oz pkgCrushed Pineapple, unsweetened, in 100% juice (do not drain)Cool Whip Fat Free or Lite 1 container (softened)Seasonal Berries : Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry Blueberry 1/4 cup-1/2 cup each...your choice
Directions
Mix undrained pineapple and dry pudding in bowl until blended. Gently stir in cool whip until smooth, set aside. Carefully slice cake into 3 layers (circles) laying them separately for a moment. Place first layer on serving cake plate, spread 1/3 of pudding mix, top with second layer, repeat and top with last layer, finish off with remaining pudding mix. Chill one hour, then top off with fresh berries before serving.
