Chinese Cole Slaw

Ingredients
5 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped1 cup carrots, shredded1/2 cup green onions, sliced2TBSP sesame seeds, toastedDressing:1/4 cup canola oil2TBSP sugar1 TBSP cilantro, minced1/2 tsp black pepper, ground1/2 cup wine vinegar1 TBS soy sauce, low sodium
Directions
Toss vegetables and sesame seeds. Wisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours. Toss again before serving.
