2-8oz Blocks Low fat cream cheese8oz Cool Whip Free1/3 cup Granulated Sugar1/3 cup Lemon Juice100 Vanilla Wafers
Take mini-cupcake pan and line with 100 liners. Put a Vanilla Wafer in each liner with the flat side facing up. Mix rest of ingredients together until smooth. Put approx. 1.5 TBSN on each Wafer or fill until liner is full.
Refrigerate for 4hours or freeze for 2 hours. Then serve.
